10% discount off your third booking.
15% discount off your fourth and all subsequent bookings.
DISCOUNT APPLIES TO WEEKLY RATE ONLY, NOT POOL HEAT CHARGE.
$200 per week
deposit, non refundable if you cancel.
Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to departure.
A security deposit of $300 is to be paid with your balance and will be
refunded to you within 2 weeks after your stay if no damages are reported.
